Swing Care is a specialty telehealth clinic offering comprehensive and personalized care for fibromyalgia.

Swing Therapeutics is an early-stage startup based in San Francisco. As part of the product team, I played a key role in shaping the evolution of the company’s brands and enhancing user experiences across digital and physical channels and various touchpoints. In this project, I collaborated with Swing’s cross-functional team to bring the Swing Care brand to life on social media.

As a visual designer, I was responsible for redesigning the account banners and creating post templates for the marketing team to use for content creation.

Setting
After launching Swing Care, we aimed to raise awareness of the clinic’s services among potential patients by establishing and managing social media accounts. The first banners and posts got us up and running quickly; now it was time for an upgrade.

Challenge
My task was to refresh the social media visuals to align with Swing Care’s brand. This included redesigning banners, creating versatile post templates, and ensuring they were easy for non-designers to use.

Approach
I updated the banners, then designed Canva-based post templates for quick, high-quality content creation. I also developed a style guide and led a workshop to help the marketing team use the new tools effectively.
